I wasn't so much interested in the accuracy of my particular rangefinder, as much as the level of sharpness one is able to attain in general, using the Graflex/Kalart rangefinder as a means of focusing a picture. I guess the bottomline is: is it possible to obtain finer--and thus more critically sharp--negatives focusing with a lupe on the groundglass than with the naked eye through the top-mounted rangefinder of a Crown, in the shooting of a subject that is stationery?
