I checked out the the size of the screw you mentioned on my camera.
Appears to be a 2-56 pan head screw about 3/16 in length. I had a
2-56 1/4 seemed to work ok also.
Now if you just want to get the camera functional
with all three screws, you can find a useable screw of this size at
most hardware stores or Radio Shack (take one of the screws with
you for comparison). I would replace all 3 screws with the same
type new screw Save the Original Screws untill you can find another
OEM screw.

Graflex Parts, they may help you with getting an Original Equipment
Manufacture screw.
