Kevin--Dep on model of Speed--you should find some sort of
adjustment @ (near) the right door
brace--a slotted slider--or eccentric screw, that
the actuating arm pushes against--this should
adjust for the out of focus condition--by making the arm stroke
longer or shorter! And "Kalart" cases all separated from the
mechanism, without
removing the mech. from the camera! Some early (silver) cases did
not have the Usual Kalart ident
on the outside. 15 ft is best test distance. (inf
will be about 1/2 mile) Bert
