shutter blades when it is cocked, for focusing. Try it and see what

I've seen opinions both pro and con on that lens. From my
experience, I LOVED it! Mine was sharp as a tack, and I kept it
[even though I got other lenses, e.g. an 80mm Planar and a 65mm
Angulon]. One thing about that shutter - very reliable. During the
time I owned that camera [35yrs], I had to have my compur shutters
cleaned several times, but this Prontor shutter never faltered,
even the self timer! So, from my perspective, I highly recommend
it.
