I don't have a top-rangefinder crown, but I can give you the accurate description of the cams. For 131.80mm - Cam #31; for 133.53mm - #5; for 135.00 - #6; and for 136.42mm - #7. According to Graflex, only cams 5, 6 or 7 were used w/135mm lenses. Sure looks like #31 is a long way off. Someone else will have to advise you on the corrective steps to take.
