Take the lens off the camera and open the shutter. Looking through
the lens, is it yellow or clear?
If it's yellow, then there's a filter on there somewhere.
How were these processed? Were all of these test run in the same batch of chemicals? Were there any test from other cameras process in the same chemicals? I"ve had similar problems when I tried to squeeze out some chromes on tired chemistry.
