Graflex made an accessory adaptor for the Stroboflash
that let you use the unit either on AC or with
rechargeable "wet" ni-cads. I have one of these gadgets
and the AC portion works just fine. The previous owner
said he never used the ni-cad option, and it certainly
doesn't work now. How likely is it that something this
old can be fixed? I found a repair manual for it on
EBAY, and the system looks simple enough, but I have no
idea as to whether parts would be available.
(Still, having an AC adaptor itself is pretty handy
because I have four Stroboflash power units and TEN
flash heads.)
