Does anybody can advise a good man to do this delicate word which requires precision to keep the centering of the re-cemented element towards the other lens elements ?

Top quality work...I had a lens recoated and it came out perfect. John works miracles on highly complex Leica lens formulas. A four element lens would be no challange to him! Good luck.
