Can anyone provide me with the industry standard tolerances for BTL & FP shutters - or let me know where I can find same. I plan on chronographing the shutters for my Crown Graphics and would like to know the specs.

Modern Photography magazine used to publish the real shutter speeds of the camera of the month they were testing and they showed the high and low limits. I'm thinking they were 1/4 stop. This was for an FP shutter in a 35mm camera. I think if you can get a Graphex shutter to within 1/4 of a stop and the FP within 1/3 of a stop we will all bow to you and claim "we're not worthy"
