Good evening!

One of my customers handed me his hand-me-down Crown Graphic, with Kalart side-mounted rangefinder, to clean up like I did for my Speed Graphic. The serial number is 875725. What year was it built?

Also, if in reasonably good condition, about how much would it fetch?

Do an advanced search for completed auctions with Crown Graphic in the search box on E__y for an approximate value and http://www.photographics.com/ list Excellent at $213 and Ex+ at $284 (body only).

a friend of mine just bought a pre-55 Kalarted Crown with a Rodenstock Optar for $152 including shipping.

I bought pre 55 Kalarted Speed about 4 years ago for about $150.00. The focal plane shutter is really not much of an extra unless you have barrelled lenses, so I don't think it adds much to cost.
