I have an Ektar 127/4.7 which seems to function quite well except that the shutter speed dial is quite stiff. Selecting the slow shutter speeds is a bit easier, but selecting the higher shutter speeds gets progressively harder and I increase the shutter speed.
Any suggestions for adjust and/or repair?
Many thanks in advance.

I'd remove the lens elements, remove the front face and pull of the shutter plate, then use a little grease--lithium, or similar, on the edges where the plate meets the shutter body and a very small amount on all the places where the pins move in the slots.
It will still be more difficult to move when you get into the higher speeds as you are engaging stronger springs, there's a big push to go from
1/200 to 1/400 |

Just what the Doctor ordered. It's now turning very smoothly!
Thanks,
