Any recommendations/concensus for best year/edition of the "bible", Graphic Graflex Photography, Morgan & Lester?
Where "best" could be defined as useful, interesting, complete (as opposed to rare, valuable, etc.) |

The more recent the better. I have first edition and tenth plus the supplement, keep thinking I ought to get an eleventh. |

Not having examined any other editions, I'd have to nominate the 10th (1954), if for no other reason than that my Century was made in '54, too. This one comes up fairly often on uBuy; I got mine at a camera show some years ago (paid too much for it, but that's another story). |

To me, it depends on the model year of your camera. Mine was made in 1952 so the 10ed is perfect for me. There is more modern articles in the 11th, but it doesn't cover the earlier cameras as good - just my 2 cents. |

As long as the subject is up, do any of the later versions cover the Super models? _________________ Real men use Speed Graphics and flashbulbs. |

Having the 40, 43, 47, and 54 editions, I find all of 'em useful for various reasons. |
