Just got this and have been given conflicting info on exactly which one it is.
It's 2.25x3.25
Flip up peep sight.
Lense (KODAK EKTAR 101mm) Serial No. EO 9208
Any help in pinning this down would be sincerely appreciated!

The most accurate answer is Yes.
By Graflex's logic this is a "Minature Speed Graphic" and since they came out a year before the 50th Anniversary, they technically aren't Anniversary Speeds.
But
After 1940, the Miniature Speed Graphic had all the chrome trim and other parts of its big sister Annie, so from a collector standpoint, it's an Anny.
From the style of the front slider and the lens code, this one was a post war model, 1946.
