Was the Super Graphic ever sold with a Schneider Xenar (or Xenotar for that matter) 135mm lens and a Syncro-Compur shutter tied to the solenoid-trip front panel? All the units I've seen were Graphex-shuttered.... |

I don't have any proof that they did, but I think by the mid 60s, their catalog didn't keep up with production. I know there's one batch of Crown Specials that had Rodenstock Ysarex's on them because Graflex had a bunch of Graflex engraved shutters left over from the XL and Rodenstock gave them a good deal on lenses to fit the shutters. Those lenses also ended up on Super Graphics too, but I don't see them in any catalog.
It could be true with the Schneider Xenar as well. _________________ "In order to invent, you need a good imagination and a lot of junk" Thomas Edison |
