Has anyone had to resize a B lensboard in order to get it to fit the Super D and/or Series D?

I find that the standard B board is too tight a fit to change out of these cameras easily.

If you have, what dimensions did you find that worked? Did you change the taper along the bottom edge? Did changing the thickness of the board also help?
