Could anybody please tell me if the CAM in my camera will work OK with my lense, a Schneider Xenar 135mm f4.7.
The CAM in the rangefinder is P5, which is the correct CAM for 133.5mm, but on the back of the lense board it's marked P31, which would suggest that the lens is 132mm.
It's a very close match but will it be accurate enough? Might it be, for example, more correct for near rather than far distances, or visa versa?
What should I look out for, and is there anyway to compensate for an ill-matched CAM?
The camera serial number is:946538, the manufacuture code printed under the focus rail is:17. The lens is a Schneider Xenar 135mm f4.7, serial number:6926531.
Thanks for any info. Great website!

I"m gonna guess and say the error will increase as you get closer and by f8 the depth of field will cover any error from 6ft on. |
