I would say this is a bad choice. It's from a Polaroid 110 camera and designed for 6x9 (cm, not inches). It may cover 4x5, but I wouldn't bet on it. Maybe someone else knows? The 127 Ektar was designed for 4x5 use...
Don't believe everything you read on ebay!

The one I have does not cover my 4 x 5, the image circle was modified to adapt to the 6 x 9 format on this particular lens, at least that is what I have found in my experiance.

I've used this lens quite a bit to shoot 4x5 on my converted Polaroid 110B. Since this camera doesn't have any movements, I can't say how good the coverage is, but I've read there's room for moderate movements. It doesn't have a time setting nor is there a focus switch, so you have to use bulb and a locking cable release to focus through the groundglass. Overall, I've been quite happy with the lens and find it to be very sharp.
However, for $149 (or $179 Buy it Now) you can probably pick up 2 or 3 Polaroid 110A's with shutters and lenses in equally good condition.
