You're in luck. Go directly to http://www.photobooksonline.com/books/userbk06.html and scroll down to "XL Cameras." You'll find what you're looking for. I can recommend this source very highly. I own about six reprint books from them, and am well satisfied with the quality of the reproduction and the durability of the materials.
