I have a copy of the repair manual for the knob wind backs, but don't see it is much help for the lever winds. Unfortunately, all I own is lever winds, and am trying to make a good one out of the parts of 2 that have problems. Anyone know of a source (pay or free)for an original or good copy of this needed book?
Thanks,
Harry |

Craig Camera offers a manual that includes reprinted service instructions and parts lists for the lever-wind rollfilm backs and others besides:
"#90197. GRAFLEX ROLL HOLDERS, GRAFMATIC HOLDERS 86pp, fully illustrated. Quality reprint from Graflex originals; a compilation of parts and service manuals on both the knob and lever advance roll holders; Model II roll holders; 70mm roll holder; and Grafmatics 4x5 and 2x3. Exploded views, parts listings, complete service information."
Craig's website is worth looking at:

Thanks for the fast help... I've bought from John before, but missed that listing.
Order on the way...

Next time, don't overlook Finger Lakes Photo for top quality repro manuals. Find their Graflex/Graphic listings at:
http://www.photobooksonline.com
I bought the roll holder manual a couple of years ago for $10. Looking at the "exploded" views makes me NOT want to tackle a repair on these babies!
Update: the specific link to Graflex/Graphic service and repair manuals is http://www.photobooksonline.com/books/manual03.html, but it seems to be non-functional at present. Hope this is not a permanent condition.
