Hi Mark & welcome!!!
My vote would have to go to Fred Lustig in Reno,NV. Last spring he restored my decrepit Super Speed Graphic to near original fully functional condition. He once told me he has 5000 pounds of original Graflex parts, likely the largest such cache there is. He can do most repair & service jobs needed.
That said, be aware that he had a stroke this past summer and he was taking some time off. I haven't heard of a recent update on his condition, but you might try giving him a call or writing a letter; he has no website or email. You'll find his phone/address here:

Depending on what repair(s) you need, you could also try Richard Ritter in Vermont for body repairs or SK Grimes in Rhode Island for lens & shutter work.
Hope this helps!!

I hold out hope that I am wrong, but I believe that Steve Grimes passed away earlier in this year, as reported in the May 2003 Camera Shopper, 37th Frame column, page 15.
It also reports that another giant of the repair business, Ed Romney passed away during that same period.
Hopefully others will come along that can repair the older cameras and lenses such as ours, but it will be a challenge for them to fill the shoes of the likes of Ed Romney, Steve Grimes and Fred Lustig (who, while having had a stroke, is thankfully still living).
I wish I had more cheerful news than this to report, and I think of them every time I work on my own equipment or read Ed's helpful repair manuals.

| Right, but slightly wrong.
Steve Grimes is indeed dead. His firm continues and, based on my experiences (plural) with them after Steve's death continues to give good service.
Cheers,
Dan
p.s., I miss Steve. |

Dan:
I am most delighted to be proven "slightly wrong" in reference to the continued business after the passing of Steve Grimes.
Now if I could only hear the same news about Ed Romney, but thankfully his books and repair manuals are still in circulation (at least on the used book market).
