I have a purchased a Crown Graphic with 127mm Ektar. I have not yet received the camera but would like to know what filter thread diameter the lens has and what the thread pitch is.
If its not something really obscure I may be able to get a adapter for Cokin holder.
I want to use my selection of ND filter, grey grad, warm up and the selection of filters for black and white.

primus96,
I did a Search with Ektar 127 as the keyword(s), changed to All The Terms, and Selected Lens Help Only to get a page full of posts: http://graflex.org/helpboard/viewtopic.php?topic=891&forum=10 is one where I quickly found it takes Series VI slip on adapters in 38mm (1 1/2 inch). Use step up adapters on the adaptor to use larger size filters. Series filters have no threads, the adaptor has a retaining ring or lens shade that screws in to hold the filter in place.

They have eluded me, but there are step up rings from Series VI to 49mm or 52,mm etc.

Rather than wait forever to find one, I got to the old camera store's junk draw with my series VI slip on filter and find a step up ring whose large diameter fits my filters, the smaller thread can be a bit smaller, once I found one that pressed over the outside of the slip on. Then I epoxied them together, either PC-7 or 5 minute stuf that comes in a hypodermic tube with the hardener already hard.

Les, I'm glad to know I'm not the only epoxy man. Series filter adapters are the only option for this lens. There is no way to screw anything into it.
