can make slides that can be projected by a 2-1/4" square projector,
because these are more numerous on the market, both new and used,
and the mounts for this size slide are also common.
If you must go over 2-1/4" square, then you will be in the mostly
antique world of "lantern slide" equipment and slide mounts (mostly
glass, masks, and tape, I believe).
