Les: I've looked but can't find the other spring... where is it? I've tried to advance the dial a number times, each time a little more forceful than the last. No luck so far. -Tom
: On Grafex shutters there's another spring that needs to be engaged for the 1/200 and 1/400 and sometimes the dial needs to be, well, "forced gentl to get over the hump.
