Below is a link to a photo of Weegee with an anniversary Speed Graphic, and Graflex flash. These are very common and I was able to buy a very nice one with the flash for $200. The price of the flash can fluctuate greatly becase a George Lucas used it as a prop for a certain movie and now all of the kids want one. I've seen the flash alone go for over $400 at the height of the hysteria.

The lens looks like an Ektar in a Supermatic shutter. This model has the better material for the bellows and focal plane shutter, so working models are easier to come by.

This model came out in 1940 and by then Weegee was already famous, so I will stand by my previous statement about him using a Pre-Anniversary. I'd be guessing, but a Mendelsohn Speed Flash would have been common for that camera and Folmer Graflex sold them until they came out with their own.
