I knew Polaroid roll film existed, but I have never seen any, only packs, sheets and 35mm. How did it work, were there separate rolls of negative and print material, or a single roll containing both that was somehow separated to make the exposure and then recombined during development, or was it not a peel-apart system?

I have seen some prints from an old oscilloscope camera where one end was not cut straight, but came to a sort of very blunt point in a series of small steps, if you see what I mean, was this roll film?
