Don't think you'd need a recessed lensboard for a 75-85mm lens on the Century, even if you could find/make one. My Graflex W.A. 65mm Optar, mounted on the standard (flat) board, focuses on infinity with the bed racked almost all the way back, so a 75-85 should be OK too. The 65mm does cover 6x7 and 6x9, with limited movements, but whether a 75 or 85 would cover depends on the lens design. Kodak made an 80mm Wide Field Ektar for the Graphic, and there is also a Graflex W.A. 90mm Optar. Both of these should cover 6x7 and 6x9. On the Century you wouldn't get much of a wide angle effect with the 90, though. I think your best bet is to look for a 65 in Graphex shutter.
