I believe I have one of the 5-inch reflectors, if that is the part you need. Jeff moag ptera_dactyl@rocketmail.com
: Rick,
: I'm fairly new at this (well, returning to Graflex after 30+ years). I believe the 7" reflector is solely for the old, large, screw base bulbs (#11, #22,etc.). The 5" reflector was made to handle the bayonet base #5 and Press 25 type bulbs. My 2773 handle came with a 7" reflector I'm holding onto for display. I located a 5" reflector on the net for practical use with the later bayonet base bulbs.

: : I was recently given a Graflite flashgun and some
: : other equipment by a lady friend of my mother, whose
: : late husband was also into photography, and it appears
: : to be a Graflite 3 D-cell # 2773 handle with the
: : attached flashbulb socket and 7 inch reflector
: : assembly # 2747.
: : My question (and problem) is that even though
: : there is a metal contact positive pin in the middle of
: : the socket (no doubt to fire the bulb), there is no
: : corresponding ground (that is there is no screw
: : mount in the side walls of the socket), so this leads
: : me to believe that there is some "vital" piece that is
: : missing from the socket assembly.
: : Needless to say, the lady who gave me the flash
: : does not know, and I thought perhaps some readers of
: : this newsgroup might know and perhaps be able to help
: : in some way, I would be glad to purchase, with reason,
: : the missing piece for this flashgun, if I can get some
: : solid leads on what it is that's missing and perhaps a
: : source to buy it from.
: : I am interested in using it as a flash for my
: : Rapid Omega 200 camera , I have some # 5B bulbs stored
: : away (don't want to sell them either) and I would like
: : to try some night time photography while camping.
: : Thanks in advance for any help that you might be
: : able to offer.
