Sure with some help. Find or cut a piece of wood that fits inside the lensboard, Mark your x and use an awl, nail, prick punch or tap to make an obvious dent on the x. clamp the lensboard and wood to something bigger with at least two clamps.

The prick punch will help the hole saw from skipping and two clamps will keep the assembly from sping away from you. The wood keeps the back from getting ragged. You may need to file/sand the edge afterward.
