It depends on the shutter. If you can find the same shutter for a 127mm lens, the markings will be close enough. You could then switch the fronts. If the second shutter is a different make you could transfer the markings and test the results.
Or you could give Steve Grimes a call (he has alink on this homepage) he will make a new scale for you, but it might be cheaper to find a new lens.
