bet would be to make a set yourself--set up
some measured distances--(inf 1/2 mile)3,5,
7, 10, 100ft for example--focus on each
distance, and mark on masking tape as you go.
Transfer marks to piece of brass sheet!
Think SK Grimes could make them for you--but
it would probably be expensive!!
