The Graflite was designed for the Pacemaker, not the Anniversary, but I have a band type bracket on a Graflite from Heiland that fits the bracket that surrounds my Kalart rangefinder on my speed.
As to the Focal plane shutter, Yeah they did things differently back then. The shutter is working normally, you'll just have to retrain the brain.
I normally use 1/100 of a second for most of my FP work. So I
set the tension to 2 and the curtain to B. Once fired, if I fire it
again it will be 1/25th. Rather than use that I remove the film
holder wind it back to B and insert another holder and I'm off to
the races. Just remember to rewind when the darkslide is in or the
film is out or you will double expose the film. Also remember to
set the front shuttter to Time or use the press shutter button to
keep the shutter open.
