I don't think so. Linhof did market the handles with a hardware package so they could be mounted on other cameras. These show up on eBay from time to time.
Graflex handles didn't appear until the XL. Century owners wanted them, so Graflex offered the XL handle with a bracket to fit the Century as well. Wouldn't fit the 45 series though.
