The slide is 3 15/32" wide and 6 1/16" long not counting the handle. It is much thinner, 0.020" , and more flexible than a normal darkslide for cut film holders. It also has a mark near the inside end that shows how far to pull it out to clear the pidcture area without pulling it out all the way.
