Both the cam and the stationary focus scale have to be matched to your particular lens. To do this you need to know the exact infinity focal lenth of your lens, which will be around 135mm but is most likely more or less than 135. The cam is identified by a cam # and the scale is identified by the # on the back side of it. The procedure is to rack the track all the way back then move it forward about 1/8" and lock it. Then by adjusting the bracket on the rack that contacts the rangefinder tube you set it so that the rangefinder shows "focused" on an infinity object. Next, with the bed still locked, you move the front standard on the rail till it shos sharp focus on the groundglass at the same infinity object and lock the front to the rail. Now move the infinity stops back flush with the front of the standard. With the bed still locked, adjust the focus scale to read infinity. The infinity stops each have 2 screws, 1 flat and 1 pointed. Only tighten the flat ended one till you have the adjustments correct then lock it with the pointed one.
