Hi John,

I haven't used it but I understand the Horseman back does work on the Century grafloc back.

I use a horseman 6x9 back on my Century with no problem, well, I have a vignetting problem but that's another story.

I made my own poloaroid back which is described in this forum somewhere back in September I think.

The thing about the horseman or any other polaroid for the 6x9 (I think Wista and maybe Arca Swiss also make one)is that the film plane (polaroid) sits further back than the 'real' film plane so that a spacer needs to be used to shift your lensboard further back matching the offset of the polaroid back. Horseman makes one for use with it's polaroid. I use a second set of infinity stops for my homemade polaroid back.

I think the Mamiya back has pins that won't fit into the Century grafloc back. The Mamiya back will fit on the Graflex XL's however.

By the way, these same manufactures also make a 6x9 to 4x5 adapter. That could be fun too.

Later, DL
