There may be a bit of confusion here. The true end of Graflex does get a bit murky, dies were sold to Toyo and they actually made a Super Speed in the late 70s, other names and such were just picked up by other people with no offiliation to the old camera company.
Case in point, there is a Graflex, Inc. right now (www.Graflex.com) that makes military test equipment. I wrote them ask (kindly) how they got the name Graflex and got a very legalistic answer that said nothing.
