Ron, I can tell you what it doesn't fit! I've got a 1965 repair
catalog for the pacemakers with top rangefinders. It lists "6.3 PN
31061G3 Bellows assembly- Second" Now I don't know what the
"second" means, Replacement bellows were different from assembly
line?.
I also have a repair manual for the miniature speed graphic and
from the looks of it made in 1946. The bellows for that camera was
part number 24380.
Considering the Mini speed part number looks closer to yours and the Pacemaker part number is alpha numeric. I'd lay odds it's for an Anniversary Speed. Slim chance it's for a pre-ann, but possible
