The following link shows the right camera for a WWII re inactor. The military designation is a C-3, Civilian version was called the Anniversary. this model was indeed made in '43 and doesn't have the chrome trim that earlier Anniversaries had. (accutally the trim is there, just painted black)
The blacked out version was also sold to civilians and is now referred to as a 'war time' graphic.
