I haven't found any evidence that these ever went into production. George Eastman House doesn't have, nor knows of one. As far as 'the most rare' that's difficult to say. Many times cameras were made to order. If you wanted a particular model camera in a bigger size than listed, they would make it. They even encouraged special orders in their 1904 catalog. A lot of times these were special medical cameras used for duplicating x-rays and such.
I suspect that the ringside camera was either a one or 'very few' off, just like all of the special cameras. So it doesn't make it more rare than a 11x17 enlarging camera, but I'm certain there are a lot more people out there that could store/use a ringside than a medical behemoth.
