cell. Your target is that ring with the 4 notches you spoke of.
There is a special toll called a spanner wrench designed for this
purpose. It consists of two horizontal rods that hold 2 additional
rods that have appearance of screw drivers. You merely adjust the
two to fit into two of the notches, tighten the tool to size and
turn counter clockwise.
At times these wrenches are found in an automotive or hardware
type store. I purchased mine thru Micro-Tools cataloge. Good
