From what I can gather you have a very very very late production of a 3x4 Crown Graphic. In fact I"ve never seen a 3x4 with a serial number this high.
The alpha numeric numbers does give us a hint,
If your numbers stamped in ink come close to an order like K1A then
that would have been made in Oct 1961.
As to processing 3x4, The old way would be to find some 4x5 rubber
tanks, and 3x4 stainless hangers. These hangers are hard to find,
and getting pricy.
With a little help you can make your own Zone system developing tubes. These are nothing more than grey plastic tubes used to carry electical wire (the white PVC for water is difficult to make light tight). Add a cap at one end and a threaded plug at the other and voila!
These are then processed in a tub of tempered water and since they bounce and bob and roll the developement is truly uniform.
