My guess is this basically a voltmeter. the unit monitors the level
of the charge. also the time it takes to to charge the capacitors
to a given level.
This unit only works with the HV Battery, which are hard to find
and EXPENSIVE!!!
The Analyzer makes a great Book end on the shelf...
