to put my two cents in on values, I'd stick with what shows up on ebay. Yes there are more of the common ones and you can get a better average because of the larger sampling, but at the same time I've been able to get what I call some relatively rare Graphic cameras and two RB Cycle Graphics (circa 1899-1901) on ebay. So the rare stuff does show up from time to time. I guess the next place to look for the harder to find is Sotheby's,the other auction houses and Shutterbug.
In truth when you start following auctions houses then you are doing what McKeown's And the Voter News Service does---exit polling.
