Hi!What I did with my Speed Graphic is that I found an old Yashica Mat Twin reflex and took off the magnifying lupe out of it and simply installed it in the focusing hood of the Speed Graphic.Everything still close the way it should. It's not as good as a regular hand held 8X magnifier but when you're on the go(relatively speaking)it's a way better than only the naked eye.Hope this helpful,Gil: I have a Super D and several older Graflex SLRs
: which are hard to use now because I have pres-
: byopia; I'm looking for information on where to
: find those old magnifying inserts that I've
: seen in old pictures stuck in the hoods of old
: Graflexes, or even what the name of the thing
: is. I guess I could make 1 pretty easily, as
: I have lots of broken reading glasses.
