If you are asking whether there is a supplementary lens which can be placed over the front of the 135mm Optar to permit 1:1 reproduction ratio without extending the bellows, then I don't think so-- all the common sets that I have seen have nothing stronger than +3 diopters, which would give about 1:2.5 with the lens at the normal infinity position. However, such supplementary lenses can minimize the extra bellows extension needed to reach 1:1 ratio.
Also, shorter than normal lenses in place of the 135mm Optar can also work well. A lens that only covers 2-1/4 square negatives at infinity will easily cover 4 x 5 at 1:1. RKS
