I have one of my Centuries sitting in my lap with one of these backs on it. No mods. Attaches likeany back with the Graflok slides! You can use your rangefinder by moving the front standardback to compensate for the fact that the film plane of the Polaroid back is set back furtherthan the Graphic roll back.
