You need:
a 1 3/8" Series VI push on adapter also called a 38mm
Either a locking ring or a Series VI lens shade (most adapters come with a threaded ring, but look carefully)
Any Series VI filters you want. Medium yellow (No 8 was called a K2.
Polarizers, aka Pola screens would thread between the filter and the lens shade, they don't drop into the adapter like the filters.
Where to get them? Try your local old dusty camera store's junk drawer, or ebay. Series VI filters are common and not expensive.
