Depends on which Speed Graphic you have.
I have copies of the repair manuals for the
Super Speed and Pacemaker Graphics.
On a Super & Super Speed Graphic the bellows
body end is held by 6 clips.
On a Pacemaker you need to remove
the shutter frame and contact a.ssembly, the
shutter itself doesn't need to be removed.
Then straighten the edge of the rear bellows
frame, which is crimped at each corner to the metal box frame.
