I am thinking of using shutter/lens combo from a
Polaroid 180 camera, on a 4X5 Spd Graphic,( Focal Plane
shutter does not work>)
The new lens is a 127mm Rodenstock-YSAREX 4.7 which
works beautifully with polaroid 3.25" X 4.25" Film.
1. Will this lens cover 4X5?
2. Is this a quality lens?
3. Can I calibrate the rangefiner? Is it hard to do?
(The press camera has an old Wollensak 127mm lens
now) I have never used this camera.
4. Where can I find propper info for this changeover?
The reason I am planning the change-over is the
electronic sync problem.
I do believe I will mostly use this camera with a roll-
film-back. Altho I would occasionaly like to use 4X5.
