Lens board and movement questions.

I am thinking of getting a Super Speed Graphic or
Super Graphic as an intro to 4X5. My questions are
will any 4X5 lense (Rodenstock, Schnieder) fit
in a Graflex lense board. And second are the tilt/shift movements on the above models enough for me to emulate the selective focus techniques
that get from my Mamiya RZ tilt/shift adapter and
lenses?
